Terms of Service

The agreement between you and AI Career Command when you use the app.

1. The service

AI Career Command (“we”) provides a web app in which AI agents help you prepare job applications: they read job descriptions you add, tailor your own resume, score how well it fits, and draft cover letters, emails and interview questions. These terms are an agreement between you and Mohammed Faheem Akthar, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, who operates AI Career Command.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You confirm this when you sign up. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details safe.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the resumes, job descriptions and other content you add. You allow us to store and process it, including with our AI provider, only to provide the service to you. Only add content you have the right to use, and don't add other people's personal data beyond what a job application needs.

4. AI output — please review it

Your agents are designed to work only from the information you provide and to show you every change they make. AI can still make mistakes, so check every document before you use or send it; you are responsible for what you send to employers. Scores and suggestions are guidance only: we don't promise interviews, applicant-tracking-system results or job offers. Nothing is sent to an employer unless you send it.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

• use it for unlawful, misleading or fraudulent applications;
• try to get around credit or plan limits, share one account between several people, or access other people's data;
• attack, overload or probe the service, or use bots, scripts, scrapers or other automated tools to access it, except our own browser extension;
• copy, reproduce or imitate the app, the website or their design, text, images or features, or use them to build a competing product;
• reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract the source code, the agents' instructions or how they work, except where the law allows it despite this term;
• resell the service or its output to others as a service, or run it for other people at scale.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules and, where needed, ask the hosts of copies to take them down.

6. Plans, payment and cancellation

• Free: 40 credits a month (about 4 jobs) with every agent, no card needed.
• Pro: US$12 a month, or US$29 every 3 months, for 1,500 credits a month (about 150 jobs). Taxes may be added where required. The price is shown before you pay.
• Credits: each AI step uses the credits shown in the app; a full run of the agents on one job uses 10. Running an agent again uses its credits again, and a step that fails gives them back. Credits renew on the 1st of each month (UTC) and unused credits don't carry over.
• Renewal: paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. We'll tell you at least 30 days before any price increase affects you, and you can cancel before it applies.
• Cancelling: cancel any time in Settings → Billing → Manage billing. Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account moves to Free. You keep everything your agents prepared.
• Payments: paid plans are sold through Dodo Payments, our reseller and merchant of record. Dodo takes the payment, adds any sales tax or VAT that applies, and issues your invoice; its buyer terms also apply to the purchase. If a renewal payment fails, it is retried for a short time; if it still fails, your account moves to Free.
• Changing plan: switching between monthly and 3-month billing takes effect at your next payment, at the new price. Nothing is charged when you switch.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or improve features; if we make a change that significantly reduces a paid plan, you can cancel and receive a pro-rata refund for the unused period.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account; this cancels any paid plan straight away and permanently deletes your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms; if we close a paid account without a breach on your part, we refund the unused period.

9. Our intellectual property

The app, the website, their design, text, images, software, the agents and their instructions, and the AI Career Command name and logo belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Using the service gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use it under these terms, and nothing more. Documents your agents prepare for you are yours to use for your own job search.

10. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made by employers, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be excluded.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, unless the consumer law of the country where you live gives you the right to use your local courts. 12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For changes that matter, we'll tell you in the app and ask you to accept them before you continue; changes to paid plans apply from your next billing period.
